Guidance Counsellor
The Counsellor is available to all students to provide help and support for personal matters, as well as for school related concerns.
Students can make an appointment to have a chat in the Counsellor’s office in the Hau Ora/Student Services block. The Hau Ora staff are always available to talk to students.
RTLB (Resource Teacher for Learning and Behaviour)
Ms Anthea Martin, the RTLB, is also available to support students in their learning, or to help with behavioural issues.

Health Clinic
The School Nurse is: Ms Jenny Hanson
The Doctor is: Ms Trish Bassett
The School Nurse is based in the Health Clinic, Hau Ora/Student Services block. She will help students who are unwell or who have injured themselves. Students can talk to her about anything to do with their health.
A Doctor’s Clinic is held once a week. Appointments can be made through the nurse. There is no charge for this service.
Students can also make appointments to see a Physiotherapist if needed. These appointments also need to be made through the nurse. There is no charge for this service.
Social Worker
Our Social worker is Carla Vincent. She works with the counsellor, RTLB and Deans to provide help and support for all students. You can find Carla in the Hau Ora/Student Services block.
